Coming Friday, April 26th to the University of Tennessee campus, Volapalooza is set to host its 17th annual event for UT Students. This year the event will be in a new location in the Student Union Courtyard.
A few days ago, festival organizers released the lineup for the event. The Headliner is Andy Grammer, and support will come from Bishop Briggs and Knoxville’s own Daisha McBride.
The location isn’t the only thing new about this year’s event. In the past, it’s been free for students and open to the general public but for a fee. This year, it’s free and open for everyone. You can read more in the statement from the Vola press release here:
Volapalooza is free and open to students and the public. No pre-reserved tickets are required. UT students will need their VolCard to swipe into the event. This event has a no bag policy. Only items that are wallet/wristlet/or clutch sized or smaller will be allowed. Hourly visitor parking can be found at the Volunteer Hall Garage at 1545 White Avenue.
